weekend’s WrestleMania this past week was WWE WrestleMania it’s actually one of the biggest

event they say one of the biggest sports events or biggest entertainment events of the year

hundred and I think hundred forty seven thousand people that’s just insane but a lot like I said

a bunch talk about big news obviously the company that owns the UFC is buying WWE for I think it

was 12 billion a WWE especially with the way the world is right now and the online streaming

market I could see WWE being worked that much their content library alone probably is worked

that much between all the archives they have and stuff like that I mean I know they’re obviously a
01:02-01:06
huge company and they’re gonna be just fine but you know just there I could picture just their
01:06-01:13
content library alone is unbelievable I mean just just the amount of hours they have of paper views
01:13-01:20
and television stuff and all that you know it’s just I can just imagine there’s just they have to
01:20-01:25
have so much footage it’s unbelievable so like I said I think there I think they’re all worked

that much and partnering with the UFC is pretty cool a couple a couple things I wanted to really

kind of point out from the show obviously you can obviously you could have the replay but two

nights when I was younger we all remember before COVID it was only one night now they have a two

night thing I think it’s a little I think it’s different I like it I like how they spread the

matches up because everybody a little more time for the matches I thought everything was pretty

good I but the first night I thought was better a couple people asked me on YouTube and Twitter

what night did I like best I think the first night was much better I liked the whole I liked

Roman Reigns I’m sorry excuse me let me run that I liked Seth Rollins and Logan Paul I really

like him I’d actually just got a bunch of his energy drinks I want to try them this weekend over

the break and like I said I enjoyed that I like the Rhea Ripley Charlotte Flair Charlotte Flair

taking some time off so she’s dropping the title of Rhea Ripley at Mania I thought that was pretty

cool I think Rhea Ripley is definitely ready I really like her I didn’t at the beginning but

I she’s really grown on me as far as you know and I like I said her gimmick she’s kind of a
02:40-02:45
quiet taste I think but I enjoyed their match it was really good really good like I said I really
02:45-02:54
enjoyed the Logan Paul match with Seth with Seth Rollins and then obviously he had the
02:54-03:01
tag matches with Kevin Owens and Sammy Zane against the Usos I thought that was a great match I think

that was really I like that match a lot more than then the stuff like that I like the first
03:07-03:12
and a lot more in the second night obviously you had Edge and Finn Balor and Helen the sell it

that was pretty good unfortunately they had kind of slow it down and stop it a little bit

because Finn Balor if you look on Twitter took a big hit to the head probably like maybe they
03:23-03:28
said about three inch gas or something like that so he got a pretty good gas so they stapled them up

and they gave him a numbing agent at ringside so he could continue the match obviously it’s
03:33-03:37
WrestleMania the makeup really helped you didn’t see how much but you knew something had happened

because you saw like I said so doctors and trainers and all coming in but he he was right

they stapled them up right at ringside then he continued the match good for him and definitely
03:46-03:51
a tough guy and his match with Edge is pretty cool I would have liked to see Edge’s wife Beth

Phoenix involved a little bit but she wasn’t at all obviously he’s playing the good guy so she’s
03:57-04:01
not gonna appear but I would like to have seen her involved a little bit in Mania but she wasn’t
04:01-04:07
and then the second night like I said I didn’t particularly I thought I really thought Cody
04:07-04:13
should have went over on Roman personally but he didn’t they’re saying they’re gonna stretch this

out now a little bit kind of kind of worrying to me as somebody who’s a fan of Cody we all saw

what happened with Lex Luger and Yokozuna back in the day when they try to stretch things out

longer I just didn’t work usually it gives the back time to sour on the person or usually

that they don’t put it to you on Mania you’re not kind of like a mean event guy but I don’t know

we’ll see what they do like I said I’m very interested to see what happens here going forward

with Cody he’s actually cut a lot of good promo so then I really like him and WWE I liked him

and AEW as well but I guess I’m curious what they’re gonna do with him now so we’ll we’ll have to

see what happens with that I like I said I the first night I thought was better second night

definitely definitely match of the night was definitely Seamus Drew McIntyre and Glunthor

for the IC belt I thought that was actually my opinion I thought that was matching the night

personally I was a brutal match to watch those guys were really rough on each other but like

I said it was a great match and I thought that was definitely a match of the night the second night

first night I really think I’m not saying I’m a fan of his but I do like Logan Paul I’ve always

been a fan of his it’s the Vine days but I really do think that he that him and Seth Rollins really

tore the house down I do have the helmet cell match was good as well I really like I said I

thought that was a good match as well like I said Rhea Ripley and Charlotte was good there was a

lot of good matches definitely but I do think the first night was better than the second night

second night had its moments though but and then obviously we had the one on moments at

six at their who buddies which you know Seamus Seamus I’m sorry Shane McMahon blew his knee

out that was pretty fun not funny but there’s other comparisons on tiktok people when his

father blew out his quadriceps and how he how Shane blew his out it’s just funny that the
06:13-06:18
father does it and then you know a couple decades later almost to the day the son does it so it was

just kind of kind of humorous there’s a lot of funny memes online but like I said interesting to

see what’s gonna happen going forward I don’t think WWE definitely is not going anywhere but I

would be interested to see now that one company owns the UFC and they own WWE there’s been a lot

of speculation about this Triple H recently did an interview on Logan Paul’s podcast talking about

how the UFC has been struggling a little bit lately while they as far as not I’m gonna say

struggling as in financially but they’ve been struggling to get to develop and make new

stars like the caliper of Tito or chocolate L or rich Franklin or any of those guys since the

ultimate fighter went off the air there hasn’t been a real way to make stars like that anymore you

don’t have you know the Ronda Rousey’s anymore as you don’t have that system you don’t have
07:13-07:18
four scryphins anymore you don’t have any of the way they can they bought out all their competition

so they don’t can’t bring anybody over from pride or or glee combat any of those things so it’s

kind of it’s a very tough situation for them because you know UFC really I don’t say burn

themselves out but as a business that relies on selling stuff on you know selling you know paper

views or digital pay for you whatever you want to call it nowadays it’s tough because they don’t

have any huge stars you know last time last really big star they had coming in was Conor McGregor

and then before that they had Brock Lesnar and they’ve kind of relied on bringing a CM Punk they’ve

relied on bringing in WWE guys and guys with already known names to keep the buy rates up

on their pay per views well you don’t have that right now so I’d be curious to see they brought

in Logan Paul and Logan Paul’s younger I think it was younger brother in at one point you know

they don’t have like I said they don’t have the they don’t have anybody like Ronda Rousey or Tito

or Chuck Liddell or anybody really liked that anymore Conor McGregor they did but I think he’s

kind of maybe done now or or he’s going to the boxing with the purses are bigger but you know

he’s they need what I’m thinking what the plan is here what I’m thinking is they’re going to use

WWE guys that are see definitely has the ability to plan the outcomes where UFC doesn’t so they can

make a star big you know bigger and bigger you know because they plan the outcomes and plan a
08:55-09:00
storyline UFC can’t do that which is kind of why UFC has been struggling in China because every

time they have a big fight over there the person that you know supposed to win they think hope is

going to win and get the company over there loses and then it kind of loses its steam so with WWE

they can obviously they can plan and build the outcomes where where UFC can’t so what I’m thinking

they’re going to do is they’re going to take people that have come through WWE’s development and

up came up on WWE TV that have a name and then maybe say okay your WWE contract is up or you have

a contract to be but since UFC is is owned by the same company if you want to jump ship with

your contract you can and I’m feeling they’re going to they’re going to be like what WCW was

and poach maybe not as much as far as poaching that much challenge they don’t need to do a show every

single week like the way he does but I really you’re going to see UFC start poaching WWE talent or

you’re going to see WWE talent that I’ll say okay listen you know your title run here is over

you know you’re kind of lost your WWE steam how about you come over to WWE and we’ll WFC and we

can use your ready established name and following and we’ll build you up you get a couple of big

pay per view fights out of it so I’m thinking that’s what they’re going to do and if this is the

case I think it’s a genius move because you know it’s just they can they can build stars over in
10:18-10:24
WWE and then and then bring them over to UFC and and they you know UFC doesn’t have the ultimate
10:24-10:28
fighter there more they don’t have the development territory anymore they don’t have any of that so

it’s very difficult for them to really build guys up and and that’s kind of I think what the plan

here is by purchasing WWE it’ll give them a launching pad well they’ll be able to to kind of

build up these new stars that they couldn’t do before so I’ll have to wait and see but I do think

that is going to be the plan going forward here is okay here’s what we’ll do you know we’re gonna

grab these guys that either are either at the middle of their career or lost the steam or say

WWE doesn’t have a spot for them at the moment or WWE just doesn’t have anything for them as far as

TV storylines or that well maybe we can scoop those guys up so I think I know where they’re gone

with this I don’t think it’s gonna affect the we all think they’re gonna let them we just keep
11:15-11:19
operating the way they are they’re just gonna use them for you know scooping up the talent because
11:19-11:27
that’s one thing that UFC is really struggling with is getting new talent on the door so I wanted

to bring that up because that was big news that was trending all over the internet Monday and
11:31-11:37
obviously Triple H address because people were really worried also to like I said as far as tech
11:37-11:44
news goes we have WWDC coming up here as soon as the summer’s coming around a lot of people think

they’re gonna debut the new a new 15 inch MacBook Air I think that would be nice I know a lot of
11:49-11:53
friends of mine that have not bought Macs because they don’t want to lose the big screen but they
11:53-11:59
don’t want to spend money on the big MacBook Pros with the big Mac you know so I have a feeling
11:59-12:06
you know Apple’s always kind of had that smaller screen cheaper MacBook that’s kind of been what
12:06-12:11
they’ve been pushing for a while now and I think they need a bigger screen lower end machine and
12:11-12:22
I think that’ll round out their their their skewed nicely there at the lower levels for the just the
12:22-12:27
average user so I think that’s gonna happen also like I said I’ve been looking I have I’m still
12:27-12:33
using the Intel music and I wasn’t using an I9 and I’ve been using I’m still using that because
12:33-12:38
I you know I use it for anything the podcast I use it for making shorts which you guys a lot of
12:38-12:43
you guys know me from look find my shorts on YouTube and stuff like that YouTube comm slash

the technology keyboard and like I said a lot of you guys know me from from my shorts wrestling

tech shorts all that kind of stuff I do mostly I like to do shorts on YouTube and tick tock and

Instagram that’s just kind of been my thing I’ve never really had a lot of luck with the long
12:58-13:03
form videos rumble I’ve had a lot of luck with streaming and stuff like that on there but that’s a
13:03-13:08
little bit different twitch I’ve had a lot of luck but that’s that’s gaming stuff not so much
13:08-13:13
long form YouTube videos but I like doing the shorts and some of that you remember vines and
13:13-13:19
all that too that was a thing that was four seconds now I got 60 seconds to work with now so I’ve
13:19-13:24
been using that I’ve been debating I’ve had this back for about three years now it’s the 16 inch
13:24-13:30
I’m on the go a lot so I really need a big screen laptop I’ve been thinking about possibly
13:30-13:38
upgrading to an M1 or M2 I’m not really sure yet I’ve kind of kicking it around and I’m gonna
13:38-13:46
see how it how it goes I guess I don’t do I do do some iMovie stuff but I do so I don’t I do
13:46-13:52
so I do a lot of I do a lot of it for my gaming videos and stuff but I don’t know if if it’s if
13:52-13:58
I need necessarily something that could do raw 4k or or any of those or any of the raw
13:58-14:04
or the 4k because I don’t do I do stream and high-def and in 4k but I mostly like I said I do
14:04-14:09
snippets and stuff like that so I’m not really sure I want to because I mean who doesn’t want a

new laptop any tech person wants a new laptop and we all love it but I’m not sure if it’s worth me

spending the two or three grand for it only because I don’t do as much editing long-form stuff I mean

iMovie I do probably maybe three four five minute videos at most and I do edit clips together and
14:30-14:35
stuff like that but again you’re talking minute clips maybe four five minute clips ten minutes

the most usually so it’s not usually that big of a tax on you know my on you know the Intel
14:44-14:50
Mac I have they do hear the fans and stuff spinning up on it but it’s still pretty speedy I know they

said the M2 especially could you know people have said well it increases your workflow by 20 30%
14:54-14:59
which is a lot but I don’t know if you know it’s really worth it yet so we’ll see and as far as
14:59-15:05
editing you know podcasts and all that kind of stuff go at GarageBand I use GarageBand which
15:05-15:12
obviously is a lot you know is much better than you know most but again audio you know that’s the
15:12-15:18
thing too audio really isn’t I have a friend of mine that’s still using a laptop that’s like even
15:18-15:24
five or six years old just to do his podcast because audio editing really isn’t that taxing on
15:24-15:31
an actual device it’s mostly the video editing so I like I said that’s the real one that you know
15:31-15:35
you got to be concerned about so that’s the one I’ve been like isn’t I’m looking at it I thought
15:35-15:38
about going 14 inch MacBook Pro but then the problem is like I said I don’t lose the extra
15:38-15:46
screen display because I do actually you know I’m on the go a lot and I do have a big 50 some inch
15:46-15:51
monitor at home that I do use when I’m editing but like I said I want to go a lot so I do need
15:51-15:57
something I can kind of sometimes just stick on a table in a coffee shop or you know at a we work
15:57-16:03
or something like that and just go with it so I’m because I do have a I use a we work or in a
16:03-16:09
shared office space a lot so that’s so you know I need something that I could stick on a table
16:09-16:14
and go and you know I just I don’t think a big debt like somebody said we’ll get a why don’t you
16:14-16:19
just get a Mac studio and I’m like give the promise at the desktop I need a laptop we’ll say one
16:19-16:23
thing though I’ve been using a Windows I have a Dell XPS which is a pretty high-end Windows
16:23-16:29
laptop I use that as well because I do need a Windows machine for some of the stuff I do and
16:29-16:36
and I hate to hate to bash you know Microsoft or Windows because the Dell XPS 15 is a great
16:36-16:42
machine and I really recommend it for anybody who wants to go Windows and do content creation and
16:42-16:46
stuff like that it really is a great machine I’ve run my wife uses it a lot for it with it for Adobe
16:46-16:50
products of that and in it the GPU on it all it’s great I really it’s a great machine I definitely
16:50-16:55
recommend that a game on it those of you to watch my streams I game on it so that you really can’t
16:55-17:01
game on a Mac but the reason I’m bringing that up is because that’s such a great machine and I’m
17:01-17:05
thinking to myself well maybe I can if I do need to be long-form video editing I just do it on that
17:05-17:12
machine I have messed with it a little bit but I just think that I’ve been you know the problem is
17:12-17:18
the I don’t know what it is with with Windows machines but the audio is always the issue I always
17:18-17:24
have problems with the audio and if anybody else listening to this has this problem please reach

day I was doing a podcast not for this I was recording video for a podcast not for this show

but for a friend of mine and he does a like a more of a Windows based kind of show and I was

helping him and and every time we’d get into teams or Skype or any of that stuff we kept having

issues with he kept having issues and he has the the nuke by Intel Intel nuke and I mean we had the

latest audio drivers on that and we kept having issues and then the other day I was helping him

I was how I was doing stuff on my laptop on the Windows machine because I was I was I think my
18:14-18:20
wife is using my Mac for something and uh and every time I went to snip videos I was getting
18:20-18:25
like I was getting a greenish tint every time I do screenshots it’s like and I had the latest
18:25-18:31
drivers from Dell I had the latest video drivers I have all the latest and like I kept having issues
18:31-18:36
and then the other day I was just I was over at another friend’s house trying to help him with
18:36-18:40
something and he kept having the you know blue screen issues on his windows box and I’m like
18:40-18:47
like I just I don’t know like I like I really want to be that that guy that like uses Windows
18:47-18:53
because I really do think Microsoft Microsoft is a very open platform now compared to what they had
18:53-18:58
years ago and and I do think it’s like but I think that tight-nitched thing that that Apple does and
18:58-19:03
how Apple is so in control their products and stuff like that I think that’s part of the reason
19:03-19:10
why they are so far ahead at times because I mean in the last three four years I’ve probably reloaded
19:10-19:16
my Windows machine at least two or three times I’ve had my Mac for at least three years and I’ve
19:16-19:22
never reloaded it once it just works so I mean I think that I mean as far as like reliability goes

Mac is definitely number one there’s no doubt about it and I like I said I love my you know my
19:30-19:36
Windows machines but it’s just like I mean yes for gaming and stuff like that Windows is definitely
19:36-19:43
much better but I just don’t know like like I can’t like in good conscience like tell you hey
19:43-19:50
get a Windows machine because it’s much better and because it’s I’m not I like Windows I really do
19:50-19:59
and I like like Dell hardware Lenovo hardware but it’s hard for me as somebody in the field
19:59-20:04
in any industry to tell you hey if you want something reliable go get a Windows machine
20:04-20:09
because the other day I had a friend of mine that owns her own business and she called me she’s like
20:09-20:13
how can I turn these Windows updates off every time I turn my computer on do something I’m
20:13-20:16
struggling with Windows updates she’s like I just want to turn my computer on and get it done
20:16-20:20
and I’m like well you can’t turn Windows updates off that’s part of the other thing like and it’s
20:20-20:25
hard for me to tell people hey you know yeah go to the Windows box but just so you know you may have
20:25-20:31
issues with with Windows updates and it’s I really I hate to be that guy but and even like like
20:31-20:35
Microsoft with their Surface hardware like I have friends of mine that love Surface and like how can
20:35-20:40
we never tell people to go with Surface hardware Surface hardware is great and I’m like I can’t
20:40-20:46
in good conscience tell somebody to go with Microsoft Surface hardware because I’ve ran into a
20:46-20:53
lot of issues with it over the years and and while I think I while I do like it you know it’s just hard
20:53-21:00
for me to justify and tell somebody yeah get go get Windows go get when you know go get Microsoft
21:00-21:05
Surface hardware because Surface has had so many reliability issues over the year that literally
21:05-21:09
they have consumer reports that have taken them off the list as far as PC manufacturers that they
21:09-21:13
recommend that’s saying something and especially Surface hardware because Microsoft’s making the
21:13-21:18
hardware um well I mean they say they are but we we all know that they haven’t made my third party
21:19-21:24
now with Xbox has a little bit different I’ve a couple people have said to me about Xbox
21:24-21:30
reliability now I know I have the X because I mean I wanted to future proof myself but I know a lot
21:30-21:35
of people are still using the S and you know it works I know I remember when I had the I had the
21:35-21:41
original Xbox and the Xbox 360 and I remember both of them I always had issues with the red ring of
21:41-21:45
death and all that kind of stuff not as much of an issue I know some people have had issues with
21:45-21:51
Xbox hardware but I don’t you don’t hear as much about reliability issues with the Xbox
21:51-21:55
as you used to I think they’re I think that’s pretty safe like people say to me all the time
21:55-22:00
would you get an Xbox and I say yeah it’s a little cheaper than a PlayStation PlayStation does have
22:00-22:07
exclusives I know a lot of people will go PlayStation over Xbox but I don’t know I’ve had a lot of good
22:07-22:14
luck with my Xbox and I really like the Xbox game pass my daughter and I actually share it so we you
22:14-22:17
know so we kind of get our money to wear that and that stuff and then also through the exclusives
22:17-22:22
and all that kind of stuff so we I will say I really enjoy the Xbox and I came past it I haven’t
22:22-22:27
had no problems that I would recommend an Xbox to people but I know for a fact though a lot of
22:27-22:32
people go PlayStation especially because the whole Spider-Man exclusive a lot of my friends that are
22:32-22:38
big into those games specifically get the Sony because they want the Spider-Man games but I
22:38-22:42
I feel you’re gonna see that eventually get less and less I mean you I mean I remember when I was
22:42-22:50
younger Final Fantasy was always exclusively on PlayStation and now you can get it on Xbox you
22:50-22:56
can get it on your phone you can get on anything now for a while there was still exclusive but
22:56-23:00
they’ve gone away from that now and I think that’s going to be I think going to be more and more
23:00-23:06
common as time goes on now that games are going to be multi-platform I mean still have some people
23:06-23:12
that you indie developers are still going to develop for you know whatever platform they want
23:12-23:17
to use they they’re pushing but but then well that and that’s something too I went with Stadia
23:17-23:22
I had a friend of mine he was actually working he works for a company and they were I think he spent
23:22-23:26
a year of development on their working on their Stadia game and then like literally a couple weeks
23:26-23:31
before they went to launch Stadia closed down I remember how upset he was the company I mean it
23:31-23:36
was just a lot of waste of money a lot of wasted time and I that’s I think a big reason why if
23:36-23:41
Google say they might have another gaming strategy coming up I be very hesitant I know games
23:41-23:49
like PUBG and a lot of those big games Destiny spent a lot of time and money to get on Stadia
23:49-23:55
to try to grow their brand and you know it just didn’t last that long but I like Stadia the reason
23:55-24:00
why I like Stadia was it was I mean it really was I think I definitely think Google was was
24:00-24:05
going the right way with it I do think Microsoft especially is going to kind of run with the cloud
24:05-24:09
gaming thing because they’ve seen a lot of growth in that market and I think that they’re going to
24:09-24:15
run with it but I think Google was in had the right hardware had the right idea but I just don’t
24:15-24:20
think they could get the the you know everybody behind it I mean it’s pretty bad when they’re
24:20-24:25
it when it’s when they’re refunding everybody I mean that just shows you how much it didn’t take
24:25-24:30
off when they start refunding people for games and upgrades and all that that they bought that’s
24:30-24:36
that’s pretty bad so I got caught with that because I was using Stadia to play PUBG all
24:36-24:39
the time because I really liked it and I figured well I don’t need to buy a console because I
24:39-24:44
like PUBG I mean I now I’ve really gotten into more games but at the time I was really into PUBG
24:44-24:48
and I’m like well I’ll just keep playing PUBG it’s you know on here it’s working out you know
24:48-24:52
I don’t need to buy a console I just pay 10 bucks a month that I could play and and I’m Destiny
24:52-24:56
it’s you know a big Destiny fan I was like okay well I can play these two games on here
24:56-25:01
so my two big games you know I could always you know I’ll just stick with this right now but

apparently you know I went when all went out I lost a lot of loot and stuff I had on PUBG
25:06-25:10
