The Indie Rage Radio syndicated radio show is a 2 hour weekly radio show spinning the future stars of rock & metal. Each week Mikey O will interview a band and play the best independent & unsigned rock on the planet.
The show first launched in 2018 and along the way Mikey has interviewed over 100 independent and unsigned bands/artists, including the likes of Alter Bridge, P.O.D., 311, Lit, Until I Wake, The Fire Ants, and many more. The show took a 2 year hiatus in 2021-2023 after the IRR studios were ravaged by Hurricane Laura and Hurricane Delta. Now Indie Rage Radio is back and better than ever!
Mike Oleander aka Mikey O has been in radio for 23 years, beginning as a college intern in 2001. From there Mike has worked in the Modern Rock, Country, Classic Rock, Top 40, Urban, and Classic Hits formats. Currently, he’s an afternoon drive-time host and Brand Manager for a Classic Hits station. His passion for indie/unsigned rock and metal drove him to start Indie Rage Radio.
